Nice, but...problems

Nice chairs with two caveats: 1. They appear white in the photo, but they are actually clear. 2. The screw situation for assembly is sketchy. One screw on one chair didn't fit for me. And there was no way for me to communicate that and get that one chair replaced or repaired.
