Nice concept, bad transfer material

The COLOR of the t-shirt was good, but the transfer material? Not so good! One of the comedians (Robin Harris) seems to be suffering from a nosebleed, in other words, there is some red staining under his nostrils that is very noticeable. In order to retain the picture or the transfer, I will was inside out in cold water, and HANG to dry. The transfer material is THICK, and I can see it melting or being infused together in some way. I did reach out to seller regarding the red staining twice. It's been 48 hours and no response.
