Finally something that actually helps my cramps.
I tried the Birth Song Botanicals Cycle Relief drops and honestly I wasn't expecting much but it actually helped. My cramps were way less intense and I felt more calm and balanced instead of feeling like I was dying for two days straight. I love that it's herbal and doesn't make me feel weird or sick. It's easy to take, the taste isn't bad at all, and it actually kicks in pretty fast. I noticed a difference in both the cramping and that heavy blah feeling I get every month. If you deal with rough cycles, bad cramps, or just want something more natural to take the edge off this little bottle is honestly worth trying. It's been helping me way more than I expected.

I love this product the size is just right can take it on thr go. I think the effectiveness of this product works amazing. It helps dissolve any cramps you have when it's that time of the month. I recommend this product to those who want to be free of cramps when that time of the month comes around.

Super cute packaging!!! By far my favorite came with an extra (tea) can't wait to try the tea but as for the drops they work I have the worst cramps and this definitely helped!
