Restored Apple iPad Air 2 9.7-Inch 32GB Tablet Space Gray (Refurbished)

I really have no complaints about the product, it arrived quickly and as stated. This was the cheapest offer I had found on a refurbished iPad that's still new enough to be currently supported to the latest ios. You can see some very slight scuff marks around one of the edges, but once you put a case on it you can't see them. Hardly worth mentioning. The iPad works just as I expect it to, and powered up right out of the box at 80%. FYI - it comes in a bubble wrap sleeve, wrapped in another layer of bubble wrap, and in a plain white box that's packaged in a FedEx envelope. So it's packaged pretty securely. Comes with a new-looking Apple wall charger and accompanying lightning to USB cable. The screen was a bit dirty, but it cleans. The only thing I'm not fond of is FedEx's policy to leave packages on your porch, and the lag time between when it's delivered and when I'm notified. Tracking shows it was delivered at 10:35am, and I didn't get an email saying it was delivered until 11:43. So it sat on my front porch for over an hour before I heard about it. Fortunately it wasn't stolen. So next time I would probably ship to my parent's house, as they're retired and more likely to be home to receive it.

Returned 2 iPads because I bought them for Christmas presents for my daughters but those weren't the ones they wanted and still haven't recieved my refund. It's been almost 2 months and when I message them they ask for the tracking number over again. I do not advise doing business with them. Not a good experience at all.
