Service and follow up to damaged product was horrible.

This set arrived damaged. The boxes were beat up and half opened and the set itself had damage to the frame. Very disappointed in the quality of delivery and service that accompanied this product. The sofa however is comfortable and the cushions are nice and thick and you get plenty of them.
