Instructions
Wet hair thoroughly. Rub a liberal amount between palms and distribute throughout hair. Work product through hair and massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo. Carefully detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb. Rinse well. Repeat only if necessary, to remove excessive product build up or for further scalp cleansing. Follow with conditioning. Good for 12 months once opened.

I've only used it once so far, and I like how it makes my hair soft and manageable. The only other thing is I can't read the directions. The color is too dark. I'm 70 years old and it was hard to read the directions other than that I loved it.
