Just as pictured they thought of every single detail , you definitely need 3-4 people just to help you attach the four parts everything else can be done by two people very easy to follow instruction , extra screws just in case you miss one , definitely a good buy

They make cheaper options, but they are not as heavy or as nice looking as these. There was a slight discoloration on the wood pattern in one spot, but it is pretty negligible. I get some big gusts of wind around here, and the weight should help. It didn't feel like it would be too sturdy putting it together until it was complete. I think it should stand up pretty well. If you have a 12x12 patio, the legs will be just a tad too far apart to fully fit on the 13' sides. 2 of us put it together pretty quickly and easily, but we had to get a little creative when joining the posts together with it all standing up. A 3rd person would have been great for that part. The top is pretty easy to take off and mostly disassemble for winter. I just wanted to add that after many storms and wind, this thing has been fine. Not even a bit of water pooling up, even with hurricanes touching down nearby with us getting 7.5" of rain and high winds. I will still definitely be taking the top off for the winter though. The picture was after adding some lights after a few months of use.
