Beware of unsupported video cards

The Hp Elite 8300 Computer as received worked as expected upon receipt. However, when updating Windows 10 a fatal video error was encountered... locking out the operating system. Repeated efforts to reinstall and update proved fruitless. Research showed that the ATI/AMD HD4200 video cards installed by Micomp are NOT supported for Win10. Efforts to contact Micomp support via their website support or phone failed. I finally phoned and selected "Sales" to make contact. I was able to get an RMA number and return label without hassle after describing the problem. Refund was prompt after Micomp receipt.
