We're so happy with these! Arrived in time, packaging was very surprising, in a good way. It was obviously packed with care, not the "just throw it in the box, stuff with packing supplies and hope for the best." Instructions were great and kind of funny, easy to put together, loved that the foam it was packed in doubled as protective surface for assembly. Also a few extra screws etc just in case. Awesome. What's worse than being one short! The chairs themselves are super nice. Solid, nice wood, doesn't feel like it'll fall apart next week. They look great, very comfortable, love them! It's always a little nerve wracking ordering online from a place you don't know. Couldn't be happier with everything and keep scanning the store for the style of new dining room furniture we're looking for. Side note: smelled like freshly made wood furniture! We were joking that it must have been done to order. ;)
