Beautiful and sturdy

This is a beautiful kitchen addition! The color is just as shown in the picture and the wooden top doesn't look cheap which I was skeptical about. Assembly was a little lengthy but everything fit and went together without a hitch. Very sturdy with lots of space. I love the outlets right at my finger tips except it does take away from the asthetic beauty of it a little bit. I just cover it with a cute runner when not in use. The soft close sturdy door hinges are nice too and the hinges on the drop down counter piece are surprisingly sturdy as well. The drawers slide pretty smoothly but feel a little less sturdy than everything else, but they are perfect for smaller items. So nice to have wheels on it to roll it where you need it and open the drop down counter section for added work space! Over all couldn't be happier with it.

Great island.

It was very difficult to find an island that had free shipping. This unit had all the features I was looking for which was plug, drop down table top and lots of storage space. I also wanted it to have wheels. The unit did take me 4 hours to put together. The instructions were well written and were not too difficult. Step 7 when installing the draw guide was confusing. I was thinking it was 2 number 8 but it was each side. I bought this for my mother for mother's day. It was s winner.
