Awful customer service

The wrong finish was sent to me. The 3rd party seller would not respond to me or to Walmart for an exchange, so the agent told me to keep, donate, or discard the faucet. Then, a few days later, they told me to return it. The customer service was so poor that I may never shop here again. The final supervisor acknowledged that they told me I would receive a refund but said the agent made a mistake. Sadly, the mistake was me trusting Walmart to do the right thing and get me the correct product.
