Verified Purchase

I purchase this item from January and to date I have not recieved it. The shipping address is a warehouse that is used by thousands of people each person has an account number that is used to identify them, however Walmart shipped the item without the number that was provided and this is the reason for me not getting the order. I requested the tracking number from Walmart I was told the item is sold through third party and they will get the tracking number for me. I am still waiting over 5mths now. I NEED A REFUND because I cant get the package from the warehouse
