I bought the Professional Series Wall Range Hood (687-42) with the 1200 CFM blower setup to handle my hottest steak searing should I cook indoors. It's handled what my old 900 CFM hood couldn't. No more smoky house, no more smoke alarms. Great build quality and bang for the buck.

Installation was relatively easy but would recommend that ZLine provide a piece of 1x1 angle iron which would be installed on the wall to create a ledge for the hood to sit on at the base of the hood. The 2 plastic anchors are a bit cheesy and in time may become a problem. We did this and it made the installation so much easier,

I did a lot of research and shopping before deciding to purchase the 42" Z Line hood. It is beautiful, well constructed and arrived in perfect condition.
