Item arrived via USPS in good shape. I opened clear cello bag and for a very small synthwtic toilet seat cover with a broken plastic band of some sort around one edge. this does not fit a elongated toilet, it is sized for a standard round toilet. The item does not look anything like the photo. not a quality item
