Holy cow! WalMart is my new Target! I've been looking for soap dispensers that have style and arent basic like other big bix stores, but is also cost efficient. This soap dispenser nailed it! I love the rubbery feel. The off white is super pretty. It has a Pottery Barn look to it. you can't tell I paid less than $10! Im so excited for my next WM trip to see what else they have for me! the pump is plastic but it doesn't feel cheap. Easy to twist. the soap dispenses down, not out at you. I might be buying more in different colors for other sinks aroung the house! Buy this, you won't be disappointed

The opening to refill the soap is basically like pouring soap into a cup. The whole gold colored part comes off. You don't have to worry about spilling unless you have really bad aim. It is a bit heavy but good quality. The large button to dispense the soap allows you to control how much soap you want. It looks beautiful in my bathroom. Love it.
