charged for lamp not recieved

I only recieved one of two lamps ordered. Walmart charged me for two lamps but will not credit my account for the missing lamp. I am out $53 for product not recieved. I have not had this problem with other retailers. Wal-mart has terrible customer service. I will not shop with them again.
