Glamorous but poor bulb packaging

4 stars because all the bulbs arrived broken and the replacement bulbs are delayed for about a month. That's a long time to be dark. Overall, it's going to be gorgeous we think. The contractor easily installed it to an 18' sloped ceiling in case anyone else is thinking about it. The quality, other than the packing of the bulbs, seems very good.
