I have six receivers (4 indoor and 2 outdoor) operating on one timer (transmitter.) They all work great but did take some playing around to get a good location for the timer. The receivers range from about 6 to sixty feet away. The longest one is outside and the signal has to pass through two walls. The one that is six foot away and is in direct line of sight has given me the most problems. I have found that the problem is from interferrence from nearby devices causing the receiver to not hear the commands. In my case it is near a small florescent light, and my satellite/ tv/hts system. Just keep in mind that any device with a microprocessor usually developes rf noise and can cause you problems. I thought a central locaion for the time would be best but ended up with all the receivers in about a 100 degree fan pattern from the front of the timer. It's been operating for several weeks now with no problems.
