Product Works; Dog Hasn't Used Yet

The ball launcher sends the ball a few different diatances. We tried them all out and found the appropriate one for our yard. My pup is still scared of the launcher, the sound it makes when it shoots out the ball, so she hasn't played with it yet. We're working on getting her comfortable with it and are confident she'll love it. We will enjoy the extra time to get housework done while she plays on her own.
