Better than the 2 piece bags, there is no seal that tends to sometimes leak gas, has the valve at the top if that is a problem. The velcro on the drain is the easiest and most secure way to close the bag after emptying. Best of all is the price which is about half the cost of a medical supply, important if you're self pay.
