I was introduced to this product at my hair salon and was pleased with the results when my stylist used it. So I bought it and have been pleased here at home, too. Leaves hair shiny and less dry looking. I don't think it would add volume, if that's what you're looking for, but I have a lot of hair and don't need it. I rarely give anything a five star rating so four stars means I'm very pleased.
