I've been following this author on YouTube for sometime and wanted to get this updated book on the nutritional lifestyle. I am a WFPB lifestyle but was worried about getting proper nutrition. After reading this book I was able to make some adjustments to my diet to be sure I was getting adequate vitamins and nutrients. I also have used some of the recipes that are listed in the back of the book. I find the recipes easy to follow and not very complicated.
