So when it comes to actually using the pillow it feels wonderful to the head and what I am telling you is yes I recommend this fully because you have the ability to change the firmness of the pillow on your own, and this is coming from a person for whom has purchased it through Walmart no I did not purchase on another site. I purchased here so I've been able to actually adjust the amount of foam on the inside of each pillow so that it was soft enough for me to lay on also still supportive and I get to just it's beautiful you'll love it buy it.
