Great heater/fan combo fan & it's quite also.
The fan/heater is very well constructed. Installation was easy due to the instructions being very precise with wording and pictures. The unit is very quiet compared to other bath fans in my house. I installed this fan to replace an existing fan that did not have a heater when remodeling our guest bath. I has an electrician to run a separate 20 amp circuit as recommended in the instructions due to the heater. Would definitely buy this fan again when I have to replace another full bathroom fan.

Heater causes light to go out after 40/45 seconds
We have the model 765H80LB-B installed in our new home. We turn on the switch that controls the light/exhaust fan and the the switch that controls the heater while taking a shower. After about 40/45 seconds, the light goes out but the exhaust fan keeps running. We checked the bulbs and that is not the issue. I checked the installation guide as well as the specification sheet and did not see anything about an automatic overheat cutoff. Please advise. Thanks.
