Does not work with my router

The quality looks fine, and the installation was easy, however, it does not work with my wifi network. My router is simultaneous dual bands (5G and 2.4G), which only broadcast one SSID name and will automatically select the most suitable band for the device. This router works for other 2.4G device, like my printer, ring, etc. but does not work for Gosund. I cannot manually choose 2.4G or disable 5G, so I have to return the Gosund and buy a Leviton instead. Although Leviton uses 2.4G, it works fine with my router.

Not a good experience!

I ordered these twice and they never came. Very disappointed as I was setting up a smart home to make things easier for my disabled sister. Very disappointed!
