Read instructions carefully. Must use Part A before Part B. 1. (A) Accelerator/primer (B) Adhesive. 2. Outline outside of windshield with crayon to identify old location of rear view mirror bracket. Thoroughly clean inside windshield glass and mirror bracket with new single edge razor blade. 3. Discard cardboard cylinder from Part A. 4. Bend vial until cylinder inside plastic sleeve snaps, allowing primer to reach felt tip. 5. a. Apply primer (A) to bracket with felt tip. b. Apply primer (A) to inside glass at previously marked location. Wait five minutes for primer to dry. 6. Coat with thin layer of adhesive (B). 7. Apply bracket to windshield. Hold firmly for a minute-and-a-half. Allow to set five minutes and mount mirror to bracket.
