Almost great.
Chair is comfortable and the massage is good. Heat is mediocre at best and about the time it gets fully warmed up, it times out. 1 hour is as long as it go and then you have to restart it. Assembly was easy and instructions were ok. My suggestion is leave at least one zone of massage on at all times, so you will know when the timer shuts everything off. If the manufacturer had designed this chair with a pressure sensitive switch on the seat base, instead of a timer, this chair would be great.
