Made of mesh to increase air flow and ventilation and comfy neoprene that provides extra stretch and compression, this weighted vest is designed for comfort. Deep pressure can be intensified or removed as the tightness can be altered via hook-and-loop closures on the sides and shoulders, allowing for maximum comfort, easy sizing, and quick removal. Available in x-small, small and medium sizes, the vest includes two .5-pound weights and four .25-pound weights for a total of two pounds.
