Intended for saline nasal irrigation to help relieve sinus congestion and stuffiness due to sinusitis, allergies, colds, flu, dry air, dust, smoke, etc. Cautions/Instructions for Use: Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. If you experience pain during use, stop immediately. If the pain continues, consult a health care professional. If you experience swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water. Complete operating instructions and cautions for the Navage Nose Cleaner are contained in the Owner's Manual that is included with the device, and also available online at navage.com.

The best
The eucalyptus pods are harder to find but work significantly better for me. The plain saline and these are both good but considering these are the same price I will always go for these when I can find them as they leave your sinuses feeling more tingly and clean and leave it all feeling like it's still fighting congestions after it is used. If you have bad sinuses or reconstructed ones like me you know that sinus colds and head colds are difficult with trouble sinuses. The Navage system works and while it's a bit of a pain to use it is the best alternative. I have had mine for over 5 years and it works well. It has been durable and I have only changed the batteries once

The eucalyptus saltpods work great! My whole head feels rejuvenated after a treatment with them. I use them every night. Sometimes I use them twice, rotating the nose cups to change the direction.
