Good vitamins for kids
It's hard to get my 5-year old to eat healthy food every day. This multi vitamin helps round out vitamin deficiencies and she looks forward to her daily dose. Great option for kids, but the ingredients are less than ideal for adults looking to eat clean and healthy.
