Pros: Good quality sound for the price. Plugs into Windows 10 laptop and works with Spotify, Teams, Zoom etc without any change required. Cons: Cable is a little on the short side. Had to reduce bit rate (In w10 headphone properties/Advanced) to stop crackling

it's sound quality is similar to other premium jbl products. the wires are non tangle free which is quite disappointing. non comfortable for continuous usage.
