Damaged and late

Item arrived late which I was fine with but then I noticed it was damaged as well. This was very poorly packaged for such a fragile and expensive item. One small box the size of the two records I ordered with absolutely no padding or protection. Not even a fragile indication on the packaging. Corner was almost completely taken off the side of the box when it arrived and I knew it was a problem before I even opened it. Record case was creased and bent and totally ruined. Friend who used to work for Walmart customer service warned me not to buy through Walmart but I took the risk and I regret it. Never ordering again. So extremely disappointed.
