This gum is definitely more expensive than mainstream gums that are full of lots of crap, but it is worth it! I've been chewing this gum almost daily for the last couple years, and my teeth and gums have improved in their health! Definitely a great thing to incorporate in your regimen.

Great flavor, but not enough chew

The spearmint flavor is sharp, clean, and very refreshing without being overwhelming. I also like that it's sugar-free and made with xylitol. That said, the gum itself is a bit too soft for my taste. It feels slightly slimy after a few minutes, and I usually need 2/3 pieces at a time to get the amount of chew I'm looking for. The flavor is excellent, but I wish each piece had a firmer texture and lasted longer.
