Received today so I am only rating on taste. I'm a senior and use this to sip on during intermittent fasting. I used about 1 1/2 scoops to about 28 ounces of water with lots of ice- fits perfectly in my 32 oz Ozark Trail tumbler. NOT TOO SWEET, yeah! Will also try the lemon lime flavor.
