These not only increase my height significantly, but they are extremely comfortable! I wear these with my tennis shoes and my dress boots. I will admit, the two extra layers are not necessary b/c they won't really fit in most shoes. I tried to use all the layers but my foot would be almost at the top of the shoe. These are well worth the money and I would buy them again!
