This warranty runs for fifteen (15) years prorated, the first (1st) year from the date of purchase is fully covered then the following fourteen (14) years are prorated 10% based on the consumer's billed price from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 1.25 inch in depth); (c) stains; or (d) damage caused by uneven platform or box foundation support. Primo International at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Please see your local retailer for service or further information. Proof of purchase must be provided, with a purchase date clearly visible, in order to redeem your warranty. This warranty excludes transportation costs incurred for its repair or replacement.
