The company who Wal-mart went through to get the product, was fine and shipped it out in a timely manner, but whom Wal-mart uses for the shipping, has a lot to be desired. Initially, when the order was placed, delivery was to be Saturday, then FedEx picked up the package, change the delivery to Sunday, then change the delivery to Monday, then attempted delivery to the package to the wrong address, FedEx directly lied to me and stated they have no communication ability to the drivers when they do.! I was supposed to be able to pick up the package at the distribution when the driver got back no communication from FedEx. They closed the distribution at 7:30. The package did not get back there until 750 so made it impossible to pick up.,
Monday evening after talking to FedEx I was never, never notified that signature was required so went online and did the signature there so they could leave the package . When a driver attempted delivery on Tuesday, no one was available for signature so he left though the previous evening the opt out signature was already handled, upon talking to FedEx they communicated with the driver. He screwed up and a couple hours later, a red delivery was attempted to finally get my product
Let alone also FedEx continued to change the tracking checkpoints to make their selves look better, though I have pictures to prove otherwise
