I ordered two types of metal clips, a set in colored and a set in plain metal color. Both these sets were listed as ~2- 2.5 inches long. The colored ones are about 2 1/4 which are fine. The silver stainless steel are 3.5 inches long and not what I wanted. The clips are used to close small to medium packaging like bagged cookies, chips, nuts, lozenges, etc. I have no use for these clips.
