I have purchased these boots and arrived today, but they do not have 3M Thinsulate Insulation in them, they are just cloth lined. Will return them back to Walmart

My husband has worn these boots about twice a week for only about 2 months and they are already falling apart, The color is flaking off the tops and he had to glue the sole back on.....waste of money .... Junk!!!
