Bearpaw Men's Brock Wide Hiking Shoes

How good are these boots? My previous pair of the Brock wides were well worn; to a point where I had holes in the bottoms of my soles. Bearpaw didn't have any in stock for quite a while, so I waited patiently. As soon as the Brock wides we're back in stock; I ordered. These boots are comfortable right out of the box. I am a landscape photographer and avid hiker so they are definitely put through their paces. Durable is an understatement. As long as Bearpaw keeps making these, I will keep buying them!

I bought a pair of these shoes a few weeks ago and liked them enough that I decided to pick up another pair while I still could. I had a chance to take those first ones out into the snow, and they are definitely warm and waterproof. Only time will tell how durable they really are, but they seem pretty good in comparison to what I was replacing (a four-year-old pair of Wolverine boots that I really loved but that were just past the point of being wearable finally). If I get a year out of a pair of these Bearpaws, then I will consider this to have been a great purchase. If I get much less than that, I'll be back to adjust my review.
