I purchased this pen for my two rabbits to run around in. It is nice and spacious and tall enough that I can clean it easily. It is easy to set up the medal structure but the wire was a bit of a challenge to get on. The wire does not come precut so you will have to do some measurements. I will say it works great for my rabbits and I haven't had any troubles with raccoons getting in but I think if I had chickens in there it would not be sturdy enough to keep them out. There is not enough coverage going around the gate so I had to add extra wire for protection. I am happy with it and I do like the option of customizing the structure by adding better quality wire if I want to make it safer.

You get what you pay for. I'm using it as a raised garden pen to keep my chickens out. I wouldn't use it to protect my chickens. Any predator bigger than a rat could find a way through this. But … to keep my garden safe from the chickens inside a very large chain link fenced in area its perfect
