I didn't like that all communication is stopped when when payment is received. I received the wrong cartridge for this type Faucet . I contacted the Walmart chat to inform them of the error and I described in detail and was put in contact with the distributor who act knowledge my statement and only said “what's your the problem “ and discontinued the chat. I haven't been able to communicate with Walmart representative/the distributor. I asked for a telephone communication to no avail. I have to complete my projects in a timely manner. Although we really like the Gold Rainfall Shower Kit with with hand held wand. At this point I am contemplating a refund !
