they sent me a pen, but was not what i ordered. the fencing was just chicken wire instead of the hardware cloth shown, and the instructions showed nothing for the two door system. customer service was no help, claiming that they sent what i ordered, but when i pointed out the differences they said they'd "reach out to the supplier" and i haven't heard anything since. return and refund taking forever
