Looks and performs like new

The Surface Pro is 4-5 years old but there are no visible scratches, zero visible signs of use at all. The battery life seems to be pretty good too, has to be at least 75% of when it was first used, maybe much higher. It came well-packaged, arrived quickly (3-4 days), it came with a 3rd party power supply and no keyboard cover, which I expected and was 100% OK with as I have both from my previous Surface Pro. Overall I'm beyond satisfied with the price, value, delivery, and quality and would recommend it to a friend looking for a new, refurbished computer for a good price.

Sent wrong charging cord

tablet came. It is in very good conditions minor scratches on the screen. they sent the wrong charging cord for it so I can't charge it. luckily there is another way to charge the tablet without the charger so I am able to do that. but I would still like the actually charger. contacted the company and walmart. if I don't hear back from them. I'm just going to buy a new charger. But it's crap that I didn't get the right one in the first place
