Excellent fan, fairly easy install, great operation

I was very happy with the ease of installation; what I planned to be a 4-5 hour job (climbing into attic, etc) turned into a 2 hour total time project, including cleanup! Dropped right into the existing opening, accurate placement of exhaust outlet, wiring was literally a snap. Once installed, this fan significantly decreased humidity in the bathroom. It's quiet, and the included light provides welcome illumination over the tub area. One quibble: the wire retainers for the exterior grille are quite finicky in their operation. I'd recommend making the receiving hooks a little deeper in order to keep the retainers in place. They came out of the retainers 4-5 times as I was trying to lift the exterior plate into place. Once in, no issues.
