It's heavy and hard to move around

I honestly can't give this unit 5 stars. It's very heavy, and it's hard to move around. The indentations that are supposed to be handles are terrible. It has to be removed from the vacuum hose, then dragged to my deck outside to drain it. Didn't know it had a drip pan. It doesn't come with the small drain hose as shown in the picture, so you have to hook it up to a garden hose. I can't even lift it from my kitchen to the deck outside to drain. If you can lift 70%23s or more, then don't get this unit. But, it does blow cold air. Very loud too.
