I have a 10-year-old mixed breed (50 lb.) dog that, over the years, has developed arthritis in her right shoulder. I have been using various supplements for quite a while and have not noticed any improvement. I did some reading about green lipped mussels, so I decided to give these particular Zesty Paws a try. It's only been a few weeks, and I can already see an improvement. I don't expect the arthritis to go away completely, but anything that improves her movement, and relieves her pain, is a plus in my book.

My 10 year old dog is 100 lbs and I started 10 days ago with 1 treat of 500 mg (recommended dose is 1500 mg) to make sure she would have no diarrhea. After 7 days could see a little bit of improvement. Started 2 treats (1000 mg) and after 3 days improvement was more noticeable. I will wait another week before giving 3 treats but it seems to be working well.
