Works great!

My thin nails always used to break and looked terrible. I'm now able to let them get a bit longer and they are much stronger. My hair was thinning in the front, now it's filling in.

A noticeable difference!

I had a noticeable difference from splitting, weak nails to stronger nails with almost no splitting. I took about a month of taking these to see the difference. My nails are actually growing and looking nice and healthy. I have been on these regularly about 3 - 4 months, my nails were really bad so I think it took some time to regrow to a healthier nail. I stopped taking these vitamins for a few months because I thought I no longer needed them. I did need them and I repurchased I been consistent for 6 months now. My hair is Full, Thick and I shed very little hair. I am in my late 30s I take these vitamins and the women vitamins as well. Easy to swallow no flavor after taking them. Do your self a favor and buy them. Be consistent and you will see a difference.
