A noticeable difference!
I had a noticeable difference from splitting, weak nails to stronger nails with almost no splitting. I took about a month of taking these to see the difference. My nails are actually growing and looking nice and healthy. I have been on these regularly about 3 - 4 months, my nails were really bad so I think it took some time to regrow to a healthier nail. This supplement is a good addition to my daily routine,
