I was hosting a 40th birthday party and this 40th Birthday Party Kit came with everything I wanted. Two large foil balloons numbered %234 and %230, a Happy Birthday banner, and 8 small gold/black balloons. Unfortunately, all the balloons needed a special device to blow up them and nothing was provided. I had no idea! The only thing I could use was the birthday banner.
