Ghirardelli never disappoints. This Dutch process cocoa powder is perfect for use in baking brownies, and dark chocolate cakes. I have received some of the best compliments for my chocolate cakes using this cocoa! Wish it wasnt so expensive, but worth the extra cost for the quality.
